Calm. Capable. HUMAN
I'm Linda Dolan.
I help people walk into chaos and find clarity,
and see a doorway where a wall once stood.

I work with conscious leaders, caregivers,
creators, teams, and whole communities as they move from overwhelm and redlining into coherence, clarity, and creative power.
What I believe -
· Calm isn't a personality trait. It's a skill.
· Real transformation happens when
someone stands beside you, not
above you.
· You don't have to put down
anything you care about to feel
like yourself again.
What it's like to work with me -
· Safe. These are brave, compassionate spaces. There's no judgment and nothing to perform.
· Grounded in science. I draw on applied systems science, neuroplasticity, appreciative inquiry, and the deep human practice of presence.
· Doable. The practices take anywhere from 2 breaths to 5 minutes and fit into real, messy days.
· Finite. Do the foundation work and transformation follows. It doesn't take a lifetime, and you won't get stuck in an endless cycle of training and expense.
Who I've walked beside -
I've spent 30+ years across corporate consulting, national energy policy, investment banking, performance athletics, senior living, caregiving communities, and nonprofits. In that time I've guided people through burnout, chronic illness, caregiving stress, and high-stakes leadership.
My credentials -
· I'm a trained research scientist in systems analysis.
· I'm certified in HeartMath®, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness Meditation, Tai Chi, the XCHANGE Approach, Awakening Conscious Leadership, Qigong Energy Healing, Advanced Chronic Health Recovery.
My truest credential is lived experience: decades of leading, caregiving, healing, and choosing resilience day after day.
My mission -
To help people feel 1) safe enough to hope again, 2) strong enough to act again, and 3) alive enough to dream again.
Very Impressed! I didn’t turn my phone on and answer calls. I waved people away who came into my office. And I’m still here, on-line, at the end of an 8 hour day really excited to see what day 2 brings Craig T.
Thank you for bringing a bit of magic and inspiration to all of us. Ian W.
Came away inspired – first time in years! Generous and inclusive! Completely exceeded expectations! Jill F.
Where Are You as a Calm. Capable. HUMAN?
Find where you are in 2-minutes.
Every overwhelmed person is somewhere on a spiral. Under pressure, it pulls you down into reacting, bracing, and running on empty. With the right practices, it carries you up through five stages: Awareness, Acceptance, Gratitude, Presence, and Connection.
The Spiral of Consciousness
You don't have to climb all of it at once. You just need to know where you're standing, because once you can name your spot, the next step up gets a lot clearer.
